Enchanted Rock State Park is a National Natural Landmark near Fredericksburg, Texas.
It is made up of 640 acres of hiking and camping. This area is the second largest
granite dome in the United States and is 500 feet high.
This massive solid granite dome is said to be site of human sacrifices.
Some Indian tribes feared to set foot on it. They also believed they
saw ghost fires flickering on the dome on moonlit nights.
